Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services provided by Full Techno Hub ("we", "us", "our"), including the FGate platform and any future software products.

1. Subscription Services

Our services operate on a subscription basis. Here is how refunds work:

Monthly Subscriptions

• Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• After cancellation, you will retain full access to the service until the end of your paid period.

Annual Subscriptions

• Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rata refund if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase.
• After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent renewal.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email us at contact@fulltechnohub.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
2. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our discretion in the following cases:

• Service outage: If our platform experiences significant downtime affecting your ability to use the service.
• Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same service.
• Unauthorized charges: If a charge was made without your authorization.

4. Disputes

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
