These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the products and services provided by Full Techno Hub ("we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to the FGate platform and any future software products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Full Techno Hub is a Technology Accelerator and SaaS Provider. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• FGate: A membership management platform for Telegram communities, including automated access control and subscription billing.
• Future Products: Additional SaaS tools and platforms as announced.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout.
• All charges are processed through third-party payment processors (Stripe, Wompi, or others).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current paid period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content through our platform.
• Resell or redistribute our services without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with Full Techno Hub and its products are our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Full Techno Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
